Privacy request
Request deletion of your FlipX data
Use this form to ask FlipX to delete your account data and personal information. We will review the request, verify ownership when needed, and process eligible data under applicable privacy laws and platform data deletion standards. Our standard target is completion within 30 days after verification.
1. Submit your request
Provide the email or account identifier tied to FlipX. Wallet addresses are optional and only help us verify the right account.
2. Verify ownership
We may contact you from privacy@getflipx.app if we need to confirm account ownership before deleting data.
3. Deletion is processed
Eligible account data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days after verification. Public blockchain transactions cannot be removed from blockchains.

Requests cover account profile data, support messages, marketing preferences, analytics tied to your account, and app-generated records we control.
Retention notice
Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, dispute, or audit obligations. Backup deletion can take up to 90 days.
